A love so pure

To commemorate the centenary of the Ascension of Abdu’l-Baha a group of musicians and artists, some based in Australia and others internationally, collaborated together on a poem dedicated to Abdu’l-Baha’s life of sacrifice and dedication. As one of the artists noted “He chose a life of imprisonment, pain and suffering in order that we may have wings and be free.”

The project was developed over several months as the mystical poem was composed and then music was recorded in the studio, while a talented professional singer provided the lead vocals. This audio-visual work is entitled “The crime of a love so pure.”
